Do these food freebies need a purchase?
Some do. Birthday desserts, app sign-up rewards and coffee offers often come with a minimum spend or another purchase. The eligibility line on each offer states the condition.
Can I use a food freebie more than once?
Usually only once per account, email or phone number, and some are limited to one per visit. The brand's terms on the claim page are the final word.
What if the restaurant does not honour it?
Show the offer page and the brand's terms at the counter. If a branch refuses a live promotion, the report form on the offer page helps us recheck it with the brand.
